We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate business through channel partner acquisition, customer engagement, and sales conversions. The ideal candidate should be energetic, self-motivated, and committed to achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's business network.
  • \n
  • Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and other business development activities.
  • \n
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
  • \n
  • Conduct product presentations and explain the benefits of the company's offerings.
  • \n
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
  • \n
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and timely project execution.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
  • \n
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • \n
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • \n
  • Represent the company professionally and uphold its values in every customer interaction.
  • \n
Required Skills & Qualifications\n
    \n
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • \n
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • \n
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • \n
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field sales activities.
  • \n
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • \n
  • Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
  • \n
