\nThe Role:
\nWe're scaling our offline retail business and need someone to own the operating system beneath it. The brand is already live in roughly 6,000 retail doors across 100+ countries - from Best Buy and Costco to Selfridges, Croma and JB Hi-Fi. The commercial team owns selling; you'll own the engine underneath - the SOPs, audit discipline, retail intelligence, inventory and forecasting systems, and POS/promoter infrastructure that let every door, in every country, run profitably and scale.
\nA 0→1 systems-building seat - you define the playbook, not inherit it.
\nWhat You'll Own:
\n%CF; The process backbone - build the global SOP library from scratch and an audit mechanism that scores adherence and links to incentives.
\n%CF; Retail intelligence - revenue per door, sell-through, conversion vs competitors on the same shelf, bottom-store diagnosis, margin, inventory turns, display ROI.
\n%CF; Inventory & demand-ops - sell-in vs sell-through, stock health, stockout prevention, seasonality-aware forecasting feeding POs ahead of demand.
\n%CF; POS & display lifecycle - procurement, design, install, fix, replacements; capex-per-sqft and multi-region vendor development.
\n%CF; Promoter operations - productivity, training-ops, incentive design, footfall and conversion analytics for our demo zones.
\n%CF; New-door onboarding - a repeatable rollout playbook so every door launches identically and fast.
\n%CF; Our unfair advantage - a connected product. Every ring has an ID, so you can sense sell-out in near-real-time and attribute activations to catchments before a retailer's report lands.
\n%CF; AI-first operations - AI across forecasting, VM-audit scoring, SOP drafting, and the retail-tech we build.
\nYou'll be a great fit if you:
\n%CF; Have built retail operations 0→1 at a scaling, multi-store (ideally multi-country) consumer brand - and define the logic centrally.
\n%CF; Are deep on SOPs, audits, the metrics layer, and inventory/forecasting - you think in revenue-per-door, sell-through, inventory turns.
\n%CF; Are comfortable partnering with tech and data teams to build the systems you design.
\n%CF; Are AI-fluent and use AI tools in your daily work.
\n%CF; Are methodical and rigorous on ROI and process discipline.
\n%CF; Are based in Bangalore, or open to relocating.
\nYour first 6 months:
\n%CF; Ship the global SOP + audit system across existing doors.
\n%CF; Stand up the retail-intelligence dashboard across all accounts.
\n%CF; Build the forecasting → PO loop with top distributors.
\n%CF; Operationalise sell-out sensing + geo-attribution with the data team.
