Job Description:

The Customer Success Executive will manage and support assigned customers, including onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth user experience. The role involves handling customer queries, providing platform guidance, conducting training sessions, and maintaining regular follow-ups to improve customer satisfaction and engagement. The executive will also coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and support overall customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new customers and guide them through platform setup and usage

  • Handle customer queries and provide timely support

  • Conduct product demonstrations and basic training sessions for users
  • \n
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction

  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and support
  • \n
  • Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a smooth experience
  • \n
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams
  • \n
  • Support customers in understanding platform features and workflows
  • \n
  • Visit client locations for onboarding, training, or support whenever required
  • \n
