\nJob Description:
\nThe Customer Success Executive will manage and support assigned customers, including onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth user experience. The role involves handling customer queries, providing platform guidance, conducting training sessions, and maintaining regular follow-ups to improve customer satisfaction and engagement. The executive will also coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and support overall customer success.
\nKey Responsibilities:

- Onboard new customers and guide them through platform setup and usage \n
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support \n
- Conduct product demonstrations and basic training sessions for users \n
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction \n
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and support \n
- Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a smooth experience \n
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams \n
- Support customers in understanding platform features and workflows \n
- Visit client locations for onboarding, training, or support whenever required \n
