About the Job

This individual will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing relationships with our clients for our mobile and content marketing solutions. We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a proven track record of success in digital ad account management, possess a strong work ethic, excel in communication skills, and have a deep understanding of digital media and mobile advertising solutions. Join our team and be a key driver in delivering exceptional results for our clients. This role will be covering our US Market.

This role is part of a team expansion and is focused on scaling existing accounts while also identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Account Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for our advertisers, building strong and trusted relationships to understand their advertising objectives and overall business goals
  • \n
  • Campaign Strategy : Collaborate with advertisers to develop customized advertising strategies that align with their target audience, brand identity, and budget constraints
  • \n
  • Campaign Execution : Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns, adhering to deadlines, and maintaining campaign effectiveness
  • \n
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor campaign performance and metrics, analyzing data to identify areas of improvement and providing insights to advertisers for optimization.
  • \n
  • Client Su pport: Proactively address advertiser inquiries, concerns, and feedback to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • \n
  • Upselling and Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to expand relationships with existing advertisers by introducing them to additional advertising products or services that align with their needs.
  • \n
  • Reporting and Anal ytics: Prepare regular performance reports for advertisers, highlighting key metrics and outcomes to demonstrate the value of their advertising inventory
  • \n
  • Industry Know ledge: Stay up-to-updated with the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in digital advertising to offer strategic recommendations and stay ahead of the competition
  • \n
  • Revenue Growth: Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth by achieving and exceeding performance targets.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 3 – 5+ years of relevant experience in the digital advertising industry.
  • \n
  • Exceptional verbal and written communicaton skills.
  • \n
  • Strong sales mindset with the ability to map business opportunities and confidently lead client conversations.
  • \n
  • Bold, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to navigate complex client scenarios.Experience working toward quarterly revenue targets with ownership and accountability.
  • \n
  • Affiliate marketing experience is a strong plus.Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and performance-driven environments.
  • \n
  • Driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grasp new concepts.
  • \n
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with keen analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for perfection - ensuring high-quality work.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
