Role Description The Interior Designer will be responsible for designing and developing interior concepts for Sales office and sample flat and real estate projects, ensuring that spaces are functional, visually appealing, and aligned with client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients to understand needs, preparing design proposals, producing drawings and presentations, selecting finishes and materials, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors through all phases of the project. The role also involves site visits in Pune City to review progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure quality and adherence to design specifications. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, requiring close collaboration with the design and project execution teams.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to create functional layouts and cohesive design concepts.

  • Candidates should possess Architecture-related knowledge and experience working with Construction Drawings to communicate design intent clearly to project stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Candidates should possess expertise in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), including selection, specification, and coordination with suppliers.
  • \n
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in design and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and be comfortable preparing 2D/3D visualizations.
  • \n
  • Candidates should possess strong project coordination, time management, and communication skills to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • \n
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in residential or commercial interiors is preferred.
