\n Key Responsibilities

• :Architect and manage enterprise print infrastructure (on‑prem and cloud‑based)

• .Deploy, configure, and maintain Print Server s, print queues, and driver repositories
\n
• .Manage enterprise print management tools such as Papercut, Equitrac, SafeCom, uniFLOW, PrinterLogi c, etc
\n
• .Provide L2/L3 support for complex print issues and escalations
\n
• .Implement secure print solutions, pull printing, and print auditing
\n
• .Optimize print workflows, print fleet utilization, and reduce operational costs
\n
• .Oversee MFD installation, configuration, firmware updates, and fleet management
\n
• .Troubleshoot driver conflicts, spooler issues, connectivity failures, and print performance problems
\n
• .Collaborate with vendors (HP, Canon, Ricoh, Xerox, Kyocera, Lexmark)
\n
• .Document architecture diagrams, SOPs, configurations, and support guidelines
\n
• .Lead print modernization initiatives such as serverless printin g, cloud print, and automation
\n
• .Manage SLA adherence, capacity planning, and reporting
\n
