About the Role

\n

We are looking for a seasoned GCC Sales Lead – ER&D to drive strategic growth across Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India. The role will focus on enabling global enterprises to establish, expand, and transform their Engineering R&D (ER&D) GCCs into AI-led Global Value & Innovation Centers (GVICs).

\n

This is a high-impact, individual contributor role requiring a blend of consultative selling, engineering services expertise, GCC advisory capabilities, and executive stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

\n
    \n
  • Drive new business development and strategic account growth across existing and emerging GCCs.
  • \n
  • Create, qualify, and convert opportunities across Aerospace, Automotive, MedTech, Semiconductor, and Industrial sectors.
  • \n
  • Develop and position GCC value propositions, including GCC setup, expansion, and transformation engagements.
  • \n
  • Lead consultative discussions with CXOs, GCC leaders, and business stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Drive end-to-end deal lifecycle management, including opportunity shaping, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
  • \n
  • Position and sell GCC engagement models such as Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT), Assisted GCC, Captive, and Co-Innovation models.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with internal sales, delivery, consulting, engineering, and partner ecosystems to create differentiated client solutions.
  • \n
  • Drive AI-led transformation conversations and position emerging technologies within GCC environments.
  • \n
  • Manage strategic relationships across clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • \n

Desired Candidate Profile

\n

Experience

\n
    \n
  • 10–15 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Consultative Sales, Business Development, or Strategic Account Management.
  • \n
  • Experience in Engineering Services, Product Engineering, ER&D, Digital Engineering, or Consulting-led sales environments.
  • \n
  • Exposure to Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Captive Centers, Global Business Services (GBS), or Shared Services ecosystems.
  • \n
  • Strong hunting and farming experience with proven revenue ownership.
  • \n
  • Experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales engagements.
  • \n
