About the Role:

As a Motion Graphic Designer, you’ll work on high-quality visual content for both short-form and long-form videos. You’ll be responsible for turning scripts, ideas, and concepts into engaging videos that hold attention and deliver impact.

Responsibilities:

• Creating motion graphics for social media videos, explainers, and long-form formats
\n
• Turning scripts into visually engaging, retention-focused videos
\n
• Designing clean, modern, and high-impact visual systems
\n
• Working closely with writers, editors, and creative teams to bring ideas to life
\n
• Taking ownership of the visual output from concept to final delivery
\n
• Understanding pacing, transitions, typography, composition, and storytelling through motion
\n

Qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
\n
• A good understanding of design, animation, visual hierarchy, and pacing
\n
• Ability to create polished motion graphics with clean execution
\n
• Strong sense of timing, composition, typography, and transitions
\n
• Ability to understand scripts and convert them into engaging visual stories
\n
• Ownership mindset to handle output end-to-end
\n
• Ability to collaborate with editors, writers, and other creative team members
\n
