Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of client-facing and internal projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across global locations. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project execution, from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.

• Manage cross-functional teams across global time zones, fostering collaboration and accountability.
\n
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
\n
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
\n
• Support customer escalations with urgency and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
\n
• Collaborate with resource managers and leadership to support capacity planning and forecasting.
\n
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, status reports, and risk logs.
\n
• Ensure project tasks, owners, dependencies, and completion percentages are tracked and updated regularly.
\n
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools

Qualifications:

\n
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology, eCommerce, or ERP implementations.
\n
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
\n
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
\n
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Experience working with global teams and managing remote collaboration.
\n
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar.
\n
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
