We're a growing business looking for a highly organised and dependable Personal Assistant to support our day-to-day operations and help keep everything running smoothly.

The Role\n


\n

This is a varied, hands-on position where you'll work closely with the Managing Director, handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, following up on priorities and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

\n

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Manage calendars, appointments and meetings.
  • \n
  • Organise emails, documents and business records.
  • \n
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets and business correspondence.
  • \n
  • Follow up with suppliers, vendors and service providers.
  • \n
  • Coordinate meetings, deliveries and appointments.
  • \n
  • Conduct online research and gather business information.
  • \n
  • Assist with travel bookings and scheduling when required.
  • \n
  • Maintain organised records of invoices, receipts and other important documents.
  • \n
  • Help coordinate business events, meetings and product tastings.
  • \n
  • Track tasks, deadlines and follow-ups to ensure nothing is overlooked.
  • \n
  • Provide general administrative support across the business.
  • \n

Requirements\n


\n
    \n
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • \n
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi . This is a mandatory requirement.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • \n
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents and digital tools.
  • \n
  • High attention to detail.
  • \n
  • The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
  • \n
  • Professional, reliable and trustworthy.
  • \n
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • \n
  • A genuine passion for food.
  • \n
  • Comfortable working in an environment where pork products are produced and handled.
  • \n
  • You'll be working closely with a Managing Director who is direct, demanding and allergic to excuses.
  • \n

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. However, we're equally interested in candidates with the right attitude, strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn.
