As we scale demand, revenue, and brand presence, we are expanding our Business Development & Partnerships team to drive sponsorships, advertisers, strategic partnerships, and brand collaborations .

Role Overview

\n

We are seeking a strong, results-driven Business Development Executive to own and grow revenue-generating partnerships at InstaService.

\n

This role focuses on:

  • Acquiring Sponsors & Advertisers
  • \n
  • Building Brand & Marketing Collaborations
  • \n
  • Driving Strategic Partnerships that bring demand, visibility, and revenue
  • \n
\n

    You will work closely with Marketing, Growth, and Leadership and play a direct role in scaling InstaService’s partner ecosystem.

    Key Responsibilities:

    \n

    1. Brand & Marketing Collaborations

    \n
      \n
    • We provide the potential leads. Persuade the win-win partnership and make the partnerships happen.
    • \n
    \n


    \n

    2. Strategic Partnerships

    \n
      \n
    • Acquire recurring-revenue partnerships such as:
    • \n
    • Apartment communities
    • \n
    • Property management companies
    • \n
    • HOAs and real estate groups
    • \n
    • Structure win-win partnership models that drive ongoing demand
    • \n
    • Coordinate onboarding and launch of partners on the InstaService platform
    • \n
    \n


    \n

    3. Marketing & Growth Support

    \n
      \n
    • Support marketing initiatives tied to partnerships and sponsorships
    • \n
    • Act as the bridge between Business Development and Marketing teams
    • \n
    \n


    \n

    4. Sponsors & Advertisers Acquisition

    \n
      \n
    • Identify, pitch, and close sponsors and advertisers whose target customers are homeowners
    • \n
    • Onboard advertisers into Gold / Platinum sponsorship packages
    • \n
    • Manage outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and direct partnerships
    • \n
    • Build a strong pipeline of local, regional, and national advertisers
    • \n
    \n

    • Realtors and mortgage brokers
    • \n
    • Home insurance and warranty companies
    • \n
    • Banks and financial service providers
    • \n
    • Home improvement brands and suppliers

    • Local and national consumer brands targeting homeowners

    5. Pipeline & Relationship Management

    • Own end-to-end partner lifecycle:
    • \n
    • Prospecting
    • \n
    • Pitching
    • \n
    • Closing
    • \n
    • Onboarding
    • \n
    • Relationship management
    • \n
    • Maintain clean CRM and reporting on:
    • \n
    • Deals in progress
    • \n
    • Revenue closed
    • \n
    • Partnerships live
    • \n

    Ideal Candidate ProfileMust-Have Qualifications

    \n
      \n
    • 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, or Growth
    • \n
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    • \n
    • Experience with outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
    • \n
    • Comfortable working in a remote setup aligned to PST hours
    • \n
    • High ownership mindset with a bias toward action
    • \n
    \n

    Strong Plus

    • Experience selling sponsorships, advertising, or partnerships
    • \n
    • Familiarity with digital marketing, co-branding, or growth campaigns
    • \n
    • Prior exposure to US-based clients or partners
    • \n
    • Startup or marketplace experience
    • \n

    Working Hours

    • Primary working hours aligned to PST (US Pacific Time)
    • \n
    • Willingness to work late evenings IST on a regular basis
    • \n
