\nYou will play a critical role in navigating complex public sector ecosystems—driving strategic deals, enabling AI-led governance, and contributing to national-scale digital initiatives.
\nWhat You’ll Achieve in This Role
\nYou will help Government and PSU organizations move from AI vision to real-world implementation. By engaging senior bureaucrats, IT decision-makers, and system integrators, you will position Neysa’s AI infrastructure as a trusted, compliant, and scalable solution.
\nYou will own the end-to-end public sector sales lifecycle—from empanelment and tender participation to bid management and deal closure—while building long-term institutional relationships.
\nWhat You Bring to the Table
\n- \n
- Own and drive Government & PSU sales cycles for AI, GenAI, and cloud infrastructure solutions \n
- Identify and pursue opportunities through RFPs, RFIs, GeM, and direct engagements \n
- Manage end-to-end tendering lifecycle including bid qualification, response creation, pricing, and submission \n
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Ministries, PSUs, Smart Cities, and regulatory bodies \n
- Engage with CXOs, CIOs, NIC teams, and technical evaluation committees \n
- Collaborate with System Integrators (SIs), channel partners, and consortiums for large deals \n
- Ensure compliance with Government procurement norms, policies, and audit requirements \n
- Position Neysa as a trusted, India-first AI cloud aligned with data sovereignty and security requirements \n
- Work closely with presales, legal, finance, and product teams for bid strategy and solutioning \n
- Track and influence upcoming Government projects, policies, and digital initiatives \n
- Drive large, multi-year, high-value deals with long sales cycles \n
Core Competencies

- Strong experience in Government / PSU sales (IT, Cloud, Data Center, or SaaS) \n
- Deep understanding of public procurement processes (RFPs, tenders, GeM, empanelment) \n
- Familiarity with working alongside System Integrators and consortium-led bids \n
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments including bureaucratic and technical teams \n
- Strong understanding of compliance, security, and regulatory frameworks in public sector \n
- Experience selling cloud, AI, cybersecurity, or infrastructure solutions is highly preferred \n

- Bid Strategy & Management: Develop winning proposals in competitive tender environments \n

- Market Intelligence: Track Government budgets, policies, and upcoming initiatives \n

Education & Experience
\n- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field \n
- 6+ years of experience in Government / PSU sales \n
- Proven track record of winning large Government or PSU deals \n
- Experience with GeM, NIC, MeitY projects, or State Government engagements is a strong advantage \n
- Exposure to AI, Cloud, Data Center, or Digital Transformation solutions preferred \n
