Job Description

\nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new MSME clients for steel products. \n
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and follow up with potential customers. \n
- Convert qualified leads into long-term B2B clients. \n
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. \n
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively and consistently achieve sales targets. \n
Eligibility Criteria
\n- \n
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales. \n
- Candidates with field sales experience who are interested in transitioning to an inside sales role are also encouraged to apply. \n
- BE/B.Tech is mandatory. \n
- Strong client acquisition and business development skills. \n
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven by results. \n
- Energetic, resilient, and proactive approach to sales. \n
