\nRole Description The Sales & Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. The Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop tailored proposals, present solutions, and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams. Daily activities include conducting market research, generating leads, attending client meetings, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and contributing to revenue growth strategies. The role also involves maintaining a strong understanding of the company’s service offerings and industry trends to position fs/ effectively in the market.

- Strong skills in sales prospecting, pipeline management, and deal negotiation, with a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets. \n
- Experience in client relationship management, account growth, and consultative selling within media, marketing, or technology-related services. \n
- Ability to analyze market trends, perform competitive research, and develop business development strategies aligned with company goals. \n
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, including presentation and proposal writing abilities. \n
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams including strategy, creative, and technology to shape client-focused solutions. \n
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and capability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is an advantage. \n
- Prior experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in digital media, advertising, or creative solutions companies. \n
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic understanding of digital marketing and branding concepts. \n
