Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Channel Sales Head to lead and scale the channel partner ecosystem for a leading real estate developer. Open to candidates based in Mumbai or Pune .

\nReporting to : CSO
\nLocation: Mumbai / Pune (open)
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n• Build, manage and expand channel partner networks across the region
\n• Drive sales closures and revenue through indirect sales channels
\n• Develop channel engagement, activation and incentive strategies
\n• Strengthen relationships with brokers, IPCs and key market stakeholders
\n• Track performance, pipeline and market opportunities
\n• Work closely with leadership, marketing and project teams to deliver growth
\nIdeal Profile:
\n• 10–18 years of experience in real estate sales / channel sales
\n• Strong network across brokers and channel partners in Mumbai / Pune markets
\n• Proven track record of driving residential and commercial sales
\n• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills
