Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Channel Sales Head to lead and scale the channel partner ecosystem for a leading real estate developer. Open to candidates based in Mumbai or Pune .

Reporting to : CSO

\n

Location: Mumbai / Pune (open)

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

• Build, manage and expand channel partner networks across the region

\n

• Drive sales closures and revenue through indirect sales channels

\n

• Develop channel engagement, activation and incentive strategies

\n

• Strengthen relationships with brokers, IPCs and key market stakeholders

\n

• Track performance, pipeline and market opportunities

\n

• Work closely with leadership, marketing and project teams to deliver growth

\n


\n

Ideal Profile:

\n

• 10–18 years of experience in real estate sales / channel sales

\n

• Strong network across brokers and channel partners in Mumbai / Pune markets

\n

• Proven track record of driving residential and commercial sales

\n

• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills

\n
