\nRole Overview
\nWe’re on the lookout for a highly driven, growth and target-oriented, articulate, and field-ready Sales Head to help us scale our FMCG food brand across Retail + Quick Commerce platforms in Mumbai.
\nIf you’ve worked closely with modern trade, general trade, and quick commerce platforms and love building brands from the ground up, this role is for you.
\nWhat You’ll Do:
\n- Key Person responsible for Sales and growth
\n- Onboard and manage retail stores across Mumbai (MT, GT, retail chains, societies).
\n- Handle Quick Commerce onboarding & growth on platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, etc.
\n- Drive sales through availability, execution, coordination & follow-ups.
\n- Launch new products across retail and quick commerce.
\n- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order-to-delivery execution.
\n- Track leads, orders, and sales using Excel / Google Sheets.
\n- Represent the brand professionally during meetings, store visits & sampling events.
\n- Share market insights, feedback, and growth opportunities.
\nMust-Have Attributes
\n- 8+ years of experience in FMCG (Food preferred)
\n- Hands-on Quick Commerce experience (onboarding + driving sales)
\n- Strong retail network across Mumbai.
\n- Excellent Communication Skills - Fluent in English (written and spoken); Hindi and/or Marathi proficiency is a strong plus.
\n- Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets Proficiency - Must know how to maintain trackers, use basic formulas, and manage lead data.
\n- Client Management Experience - Minimum 5 years in a client-facing, sales, or business development role.
\n- Field-Readiness - Comfortable meeting clients in person, setting up and conducting sampling events.
\n- Time Management & Organisation - Ability to manage multiple accounts, follow-ups, and schedules efficiently.
\n- Professional Appearance & Conduct - You are the face of our brand – warm, trustworthy, and well-groomed.
\n- Must be goal/target-oriented to achieve company-wide goals and objectives.
\nGood-to-Have Attributes:
\n- Basic understanding of nutrition, clean-label or health food trends
\n- Ability to create simple sales decks or presentations for clients
\n- Flexible availability on weekends for events
\n- Good with numbers
