\nPurpose of the Role
\nBT is looking for a PMO Analyst who can support the day-to-day governance and reporting of new SAP, AI, and enterprise technology projects. The role should help project and programme teams maintain accurate data, clear reporting, disciplined controls, and strong follow-through on actions and risks. The person should be comfortable working across multiple projects and stakeholders, ensuring information is complete, consistent, and ready for governance and leadership review.
\nWhat We Expect This Role to Deliver
\n• Maintain accurate project reporting, RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, milestone trackers, and governance materials.
\n• Collect updates from project managers, delivery leads, vendors, and workstream owners, and challenge incomplete or inconsistent information.
\n• Prepare weekly and monthly status packs, steering materials, dashboard inputs, and portfolio summaries.
\n• Support governance meetings through agenda preparation, minute taking, action capture, follow-up, and evidence management.
\n• Track project documentation, approvals, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and reporting deadlines.
\n• Help improve PMO templates, reporting quality, data standards, and project control routines.
\nMust Have
\n• PMO Analyst, Project Support Officer, Project Coordinator, or equivalent experience in technology or transformation environments.
\n• Strong experience with status reporting, RAID logs, action tracking, governance packs, document control, and meeting support.
\n• Good analytical skills and ability to turn project data into clear summaries, dashboards, and insights.
\n• Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and project reporting skills.
\n• High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and confidence challenging late or poor-quality updates.
\nGood to Have
\n• Experience supporting SAP, ERP, AI, Finance Technology, or enterprise transformation programmes.
\n• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Planview, Clarity, MS Project, Power BI, or other PPM/reporting tools.
\n• Awareness of Agile, SAFe, SAP Activate, PRINCE2, P3O, or portfolio governance methods.

\n• Project information is accurate, current, and ready for governance review without last-minute rework.
\n• RAID, actions, decisions, milestones, and documentation are maintained consistently across projects.
\n• Reporting packs are clear, concise, and highlight the right risks, blockers, and decisions for leadership.
\n• The PMO operates with stronger data quality, consistency, and control across the incoming project pipeline.
\n• Project managers and delivery leads are supported by reliable PMO routines and timely follow-up.
