\nRole Details
\nThe Senior Technology Program Manager is responsible for driving medium to large-scale, cross-functional technology programs , ensuring alignment with business strategy, regulatory expectations, and enterprise architecture standards.
\nThe role acts as a bridge between business leadership (EXCO) and engineering teams (Internal and external project stakeholders including tech partners) , enabling seamless execution, risk mitigation, and timely delivery of complex technology initiatives
\nOverall Job Description
\n1. Program Delivery & Execution
\n- \n
- Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex technology programs from initiation to production rollout. \n
- Drive planning, estimation, execution, and governance across multiple projects. \n
- Ensure delivery within timelines, budget, and quality benchmarks . \n
- Establish and track KPIs, milestones, and program health metrics . \n
2. Stakeholder & Governance Management
\n- \n
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including EXCO and business heads , to align priorities and provide visibility on program status. \n
- Lead governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews. \n
- Drive structured reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies . \n
3. Technology Leadership & Strategy
\n- \n
- Contribute to technology roadmap and strategic initiatives aligned to enterprise goals. \n
- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards . \n
- Guide adoption of modern engineering practices (API-led, cloud, DevSecOps) . \n
4. Risk & Issue Management
\n- \n
- Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks . \n
- Define mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution. \n
- Escalate critical risks with clear impact and resolution path. \n
5. Delivery Excellence & Process Improvement
\n- \n
- Drive adoption of Agile / Hybrid delivery models and best practices . \n
- Continuously enhance delivery frameworks, tools, and processes. \n
- Ensure effective SDLC governance, testing, and release management disciplines . \n
6. Financial & Resource Management
\n- \n
- Oversee program budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization. \n
- Align resource planning with program needs across internal teams and vendors. \n
- Track and report financial performance and variances. \n
7. Team Leadership & Capability Building
\n- \n
- Lead and mentor program managers, project managers, and engineering leads. \n
- Drive a high-performance, ownership-driven culture . \n
- Enable capability building across Agile, DevOps, and program governance. \n
Essential Skills
\n- \n
- 10+ years in leadership roles, with a proven track record of leading Programs across CX, UI/ UX, Digital LOS/ LMS, On-boarding, Payments functions. \n
Program & Delivery
\n- \n
- Strong program management expertise (PMP / Agile certifications preferred) \n
- Experience managing organization-wide, multi-stream programs \n
Technology
\n- \n
- Working knowledge of: \n
- APIs & Microservices \n
- Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) \n
- DevSecOps / CI-CD pipelines \n
- Non-Functional Requirements and Capacity Sizing \n
- High Level Architecture \n
Governance & Risk
\n- \n
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and audit requirements \n
- Risk management and issue resolution capabilities \n

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION
\nEssential requirement: B.E/ MBA or Equivalent IT/ Masters qualifications
\nPreferred Certifications: PMP, Prince 2, Agile
\nWORK EXPERIENCE
\nEssential requirement: 8 to 20 years
\nPreferred:

- Preferably from Banking / BFSI Space \n
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines and handle multiple stakeholders \n
