About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and well-connected Channel Sales Manager – Luxury Real Estate to represent our premium portfolio of high-end residences. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the luxury market, an established broker network, and the ability to influence HNI and UHNI-focused partners.

\n

This role is central to driving sales growth through elite channel partners while maintaining the brand’s exclusivity, service standards, and luxury positioning.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

• Build and manage a strong network of luxury-focused channel partners, brokers, and wealth advisors.

\n

• Drive sales of premium properties through partner engagement, relationship management, and targeted outreach.

\n

• Conduct exclusive briefings, luxury site tours, and bespoke presentations for partners and their high-value clients.

\n

• Execute high-end broker events, private previews, and curated experiences aligned with luxury brand guidelines.

\n

• Train channel partners on project USPs, architectural excellence, pricing tiers, and investment rationale.

\n

• Ensure seamless coordination between marketing, CRM, and sales teams for premium lead handling.

\n

• Analyse market insights on luxury real estate trends, competitor offerings, and UHNI buyer behaviour.

\n

• Maintain strict adherence to company policies, pricing integrity, and documentation standards.

\n

What We’re Looking For

\n

• 4–10 years of experience in luxury real estate, high-end channel sales.

\n

• Strong network of luxury brokers, HNI/UHNI channels, and referral partners.

\n

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

\n

• Proven ability to close high-ticket sales and meet premium sales targets.

\n

• Professional grooming, presence, and business etiquette suited for luxury clientele.
