\nWe are looking for a Admin Executive to oversee and ensure the smooth operation of our administrative processes and support functions.
\nResponsibilities:
\nManage and supervise daily administrative operations
\nCoordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.
\nOversee administrative staff and delegate tasks as necessary.
\nDevelop and implement effective administrative systems and procedures.
\nMaintain and update company records and databases.
\nHandle student's issues and resolve them from time to time.
\nStudent Coordinator, point of contact for Students, placing welcome calls and attending to student escalations, must be friendly approachable, empathetic, good listener and above all patient
\nRequirements:
\nProven experience as a senior administrative officer or in a similar role
\nStrong organizational and time management skills
\nProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
