Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Speech-Language Pathologist. The Speech-Language Pathologist will assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities using standardized and informal tools, and develop individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, documenting progress, and adjusting intervention strategies based on client needs and outcomes. The role involves collaborating with families, caregivers, educators, and other healthcare professionals to support carryover of skills across settings. The Speech-Language Pathologist will also participate in case discussions, maintain accurate records, contribute to program development, and stay updated on current best practices through continuing education.\n

Qualifications

- Relevant academic background such as a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Speech and Hearing, or an equivalent recognized qualification. \n
- Valid professional registration or licensure as required by local regulatory bodies, and commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice. \n
- Experience in assessment and intervention for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders across age groups (children, adolescents, or adults). \n
- Strong skills in case documentation, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and report writing. \n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with clients, families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams. \n
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage a clinical schedule, and maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality. \n
- Comfort with culturally responsive practice, family-centered care, and inclusive approaches for neurodiverse and differently-abled individuals. \n
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development, supervision, and training; prior experience in clinical, school, or rehabilitation settings is an advantage. \n
