\nWe are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand Sesheng LLC's footprint in the US market. In this hybrid role, you will drive growth across two core pillars: our premium Healthcare Talent Solutions (Locum Tenens, Travel Nursing, Allied Health, and Digital Health staffing) and a curated portfolio of cutting-edge Healthcare SaaS platforms and digital products from our strategic partner ecosystem.
\nThis role requires a consultative sales professional who can navigate complex hospital systems, clinics, and healthtech organizations to position both talent and software solutions that de-risk operations and accelerate digital transformation.
\nKey Responsibilities:

- Dual-Track Lead Generation: Prospect and identify key decision-makers in US healthcare facilities (Directors of Nursing, HR Leaders, Chief Medical Officers, and VPs of Clinical Operations/IT). \n
- Consultative Selling: Effectively pitch Sesheng’s core healthcare staffing services alongside proprietary and partner-led healthcare software platforms/products (covering areas like digital health, clinic automation, and operational efficiency). \n
- Cross-Selling & Bundling: Identify opportunities to bundle staffing solutions with healthcare technology platforms to offer a comprehensive, end-to-end service to clients. \n
- Value Proposition Delivery: Educate prospective clients on how our software partnerships and tech-driven talent solutions adhere to stringent US compliance, credentialing, HIPAA, and Joint Commission standards. \n
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Drive the B2B sales pipeline from cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and initial discovery calls to conducting product demos and handing off qualified opportunities to our technical and recruitment teams. \n
Requirements:

- Experience: 3–5 years of B2B sales experience targeting the US market. A background selling both US Healthcare Staffing and Healthcare Software/SaaS products is highly preferred. \n
- Shift: Must be able to work 100% US Business Hours (Eastern/Central time zones, typically 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST). \n
- Product Demo Capabilities: Comfortable learning technical software products and delivering high-impact, high-level introductory product demonstrations to US executives. \n
- Communication: Exceptional, polished English communication skills (written and spoken) with a track record of building trust with US healthcare leaders. \n
- Tools: Expert proficiency with LinkedIn , CRM systems , and cold outreach process. \n
