Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
\n
• Additional project management certifications preferred
\n

Experience

\n
• Minimum 25 years of experience in execution of large-value heavy civil infrastructure projects
\n
• Must have independently handled at least one Rock Fill Dam Irrigation Project as Project Manager or equivalent
\n

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Assist the Project Director in overall project execution and delivery
\n
• Lead construction activities across dam, canal, pumping stations, head regulators, and rising main works
\n
• Ensure adherence to project schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements
\n
• Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
\n
• Monitor resource deployment and productivity across multiple work fronts
\n
• Drive risk management, progress reviews, and corrective actions
\n
• Ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements
\n
