We’re looking for an experienced Project / Program Manager to join our Project Management team and play a critical role in managing complex programs with cross‑functional teams and global customers.

Role & Responsibilities

\n
• Lead timely project kick‑off for awarded projects
\n
• Prepare, track, and update project Gantt charts and delivery schedules
\n
• Coordinate closely with cross‑functional teams (PR&D, AR&D, PE, QA, QC, Production, etc.)
\n
• Maintain and update action trackers for project activities
\n
• Share regular project updates with customers and Business Development teams
\n
• Organize and facilitate teleconferences / video conferences with customers
\n
• Present project status during Project Review Meetings (CDRT)
\n
• Proactively identify, highlight, and escalate risks or roadblocks to senior management
\n
• Ensure complete and timely project documentation , including closure
\n
• Coordinate with Finance and BD for invoice generation and updates
\n

• On‑time project delivery (QUOTIF ) as committed
\n
• Effective handling of scope changes, project creep, and stakeholder communication
\n
• Overall project governance and customer satisfaction
\n

Qualifications & Experience

\n
• M.Sc. (Chemistry) or Chemical Engineering
\n
• Minimum 6 years’ experience working with cross‑functional teams (PR&D, AR&D, Tech Transfer, PE, Production, Outsourcing)
\n
• 8–12 years’ experience as a Program / Project Manager in a reputed CDMO
\n
• API CDMO preferred
\n
• Formulation CDMO acceptable
\n
• CRO experience least preferred
\n
• PMP certification / MBA – desirable but not mandatory
\n
