\nRole Description This is a full-time, role based in Hyderabad. The Manager - Business Development (Corporate Travel & Insurance Business) will identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate travel and insurance, build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, and manage end-to-end business development cycles from prospecting to closing. Responsibilities include understanding client travel and insurance requirements, presenting tailored solutions using BOBROS’s digital platforms and partnerships, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Undertaking IRDAI mandated training programs for Insurance Intermediation organised by the company. The role involves close collaboration with customer service, technology, and finance teams to support seamless service delivery, as well as tracking market trends, preparing performance reports, and recommending strategies to grow revenue and optimize costs.

- Candidates should possess strong business development and sales skills, including client acquisition, relationship management, and negotiation. \n
- Candidates with experience in corporate travel management, travel products, and insurance services, are preferred. However, we are open to explore recent graduates in Business Studies and Marketing \n
- Candidates should possess knowledge of online booking tools, and IT-enabled travel and insurance platforms, billing and client account management \n
- Candidates should possess analytical and research skills to study markets, identify opportunities, and prepare data-driven business proposals. \n
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at multiple levels. \n
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. \n
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management in travel, fintech, or insurance sectors is highly beneficial. \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is an advantage. \n
- Comfort with work from office, client visits, client communication (both written and verbal), proficiency in standard office tools, and a commitment to the company’s values of integrity, innovation, inclusiveness, and teamwork. \n
