Job Description
*Business Development, Sales & Distribution Executive (B2B Hospitality & Sustainable Packaging)*
\n2–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, beverage sales, FMCG sales, hospitality sales, or distribution management.
\nLocation - Andheri (East), Mumbai
\nMonday to Friday - 10:00 am to 06:00 pm
\nSaturday's Work from Home (Work of office only in case of important meetings)
\nThe Company is an early-stage, founder-led startup operating at the intersection of sustainability, hospitality, and branding. This is not a conventional sales role — you will work directly with the founders and play a key role in building the business from the ground up.
\nAs one of the early team members, you will have the opportunity to:

\n• Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners for company across key markets.
\n• Develop and expand distribution networks within hospitality, retail, corporate, and institutional segments.
\n• Build relationships with beverage distributors, HoReCa suppliers, and FMCG channel partners.
\n• Work closely with distributors to drive product placements and recurring orders.
\n• Monitor distributor performance, market coverage, and sales growth opportunities.
\n• Identify new regions and channels for market expansion. Ideal Candidate Profile
\n• 2–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, beverage sales, FMCG sales, hospitality sales, or distribution management.
\n• Prior experience in bottled water, packaged beverages, FMCG, HoReCa distribution, hospitality procurement, or food & beverage sales will be highly preferred.
\n• Existing relationships with distributors, hotels, restaurants, cafés, event companies, corporate offices, or procurement teams are a strong advantage.
\n• Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
\n• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a startup environment.
\n• Comfortable working directly with founders and taking ownership of business
