As part of our continued growth in India and international markets, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Process Analyzers & Analytical Instrumentation to join our team.

We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Sales Manager with proven experience in Process Analyzers and Industrial Instrumentation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, preparing techno-commercial proposals, coordinating with OEMs, and managing the complete sales cycle from enquiry to order closure.

Success in this role requires a combination of technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and strong customer relationship skills.

• Develop new business opportunities across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Power, Chemical, Mining, Steel, Water & Environmental industries.
\n
• Promote Process Analyzers, CEMS, AQMS, Gas Analyzers, Liquid Analyzers, Sample Conditioning Systems, Analyzer Shelters, and Instrumentation solutions.
\n
• Generate new enquiries through EPC contractors, OEMs, consultants, end users, and channel partners.
\n
• Build long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
\n
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and OEM partners.
\n
• Understand customer process requirements and recommend suitable analytical solutions.
\n
• Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to project award.
\n
• Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts.
\n
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure successful project delivery.
\n
• Support tender submissions, technical documentation, and customer presentations.
\n
• Represent Kite Analytical Services at exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings.
\n
• Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence reports, and business development strategies.
\n
• Achieve agreed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
\n

• Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
\n
• MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
\n
• 8–15 years of experience in technical sales or business development within the Process Analyzer or Industrial Instrumentation industry.
\n
• Strong experience working with EPC companies, OEMs, consultants, and end users.
\n
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
\n
• Willingness to travel across India and internationally.
\n
