Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets for CNC / VMC machine tools, automation solutions, and related manufacturing products.
  • \n
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the regional/national sales team to drive high performance, customer acquisition, and sustainable business growth across key industrial sectors.
  • \n
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within industries such as automotive, aerospace, precision engineering, medical devices, general engineering, and metal fabrication.
  • \n
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, manufacturing companies, distributors, channel partners, and key industrial accounts.
  • \n
  • Drive business development initiatives by promoting CNC / VMC machining solutions, automation systems, turnkey projects, and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • \n
  • Develop sales strategies for CNC / VMC machining centers, turning centers, multi-axis machines, tooling solutions, and Industry 4.0 manufacturing technologies.
  • \n
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, and territory performance to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • \n
  • Collaborate closely with application engineering, technical support, service, marketing, and product management teams to deliver customized manufacturing solutions.
  • \n
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and emerging manufacturing technologies to optimize pricing, product positioning, and sales strategies.
  • \n
  • Lead negotiations for high-value capital equipment projects, annual contracts, and strategic customer agreements.
  • \n
  • Represent the company at industrial exhibitions, manufacturing expos, CNC technology seminars, and trade shows to strengthen brand presence and generate business opportunities.
  • \n
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, coordinate after-sales support, and ensure long-term customer retention through value-added service and relationship management.
  • \n
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, business forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management while driving continuous process improvement.
  • \n
  • Candidates having Experience in SPM Industry background will be an added advantage and Mandatory
  • \n

Qualifications

\n
    \n
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • \n
  • 10-15 years of progressive sales experience in CNC machine tools, with proven experience in a senior sales leadership role.
  • \n
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and consistently achieving sales targets.
  • \n
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and P&L management experience.
  • \n
  • In-depth knowledge of CNC turning/milling machines, machining centers, and related applications.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • \n
  • Willingness to travel as needed for business development and team management.
  • \n
