Role Overview
\nWe are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Training & Placement Coordinator to
\nmanage the end-to-end journey of candidates from initial screening through training to final
\nplacement. This is a critical role that bridges talent development and employment outcomes.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n•Screen incoming candidate profiles based on communication skills, attitude, aptitude, and
\noverall fitment
\n•Shortlist and enroll suitable candidates into the Linz Training program
\n•Coordinate and monitor candidates throughout the training period
\n•Assess candidate readiness post-training and prepare them for placement
\n•Place qualified candidates within Linz Technologies or facilitate placement with Zoho partner
\ncompanies
\n•Maintain candidate records, training progress, and placement status
\n•Build and manage relationships with partner companies for placement opportunities
\n•Provide regular updates and reports on batch progress and placement outcomes
\nSkills & Requirements
\n•0-1 year of experience in recruitment, training coordination, or placement activities
\n•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
\n•Ability to assess candidate potential beyond just qualifications
\n•Prior experience in IT/SaaS or ed-tech environment preferred
\n•Familiarity with Zoho products is an added advantage
