Role Overview

\n


\n

We're looking for a dynamic Business Development professional to drive revenue growth, manage the end-to-end sales cycle, and build strong client relationships across our financial consulting services. Great exposure to B2B, FinTech, and SaaS sales.

\n

What You'll Do

\n


\n

Generate and convert qualified B2B leads through networking, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach

\n

Manage the full sales lifecycle — from prospecting to deal closure and onboarding

\n

Build relationships with CXOs, CFOs, and key decision-makers

\n

Own Zoho CRM — pipeline hygiene, reporting, and dashboards

\n

Drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling to grow key accounts

\n

Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets

\n

What We're Looking For

\n

    \n
  • 2–8 years in B2B/Corporate/SaaS/FinTech/Financial Services Sales
  • \n
  • Hands-on Zoho CRM experience (mandatory)
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of finance, accounting, or taxation
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • \n
  • Graduate; Commerce/Finance/MBA preferred
  • \n
