• Revenue growth and build strong relationships from existing GCC clients

• Position GCC capabilities with net new clients and drive conversion
\n
• Enhance GCC offerings and capabilities with past experiences
\n
• Negotiate contracts and commercials
\n

Desired Competencies :

• Business development and proven double digit revenue growth credentials
\n
• Negotiation skills
\n
• Understanding of India market and GCC set-up and ways of working
\n
• Establish connect and build relationships with executives and Sr Directors within the GCC organization. Existing connects preferred.
\n
• Engage, identify opportunities, convert opportunities, deal shaping, contractual and legal discussions, commercial modelling
\n
• Position GCC capabilities and offerings to net new clients
\n
• Understanding of various commercial models / constructs for GCC
\n
• Existing connections with GCC leaders across Retail
\n
• Marketing techniques to elevate GCC positioning (GCC Forums, Events etc)
\n
• Resulted oriented mindset and good team player
