\nAs our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant who has a proven track record of closing high-value sales with Australian customers.

- Proven experience selling to Australian customers \n
- Proven experience closing high-ticket sales \n

\nExperience in HVAC, Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps, Solar, Home Improvements, Construction, Trades or Energy Efficiency will be highly regarded.
About the Role\nThis is primarily a closing role .
\nOur marketing team generates qualified leads through Meta Ads, Google Ads, referrals and other marketing channels.
\nYour responsibility is to:

- Handle objections professionally \n
- Explain pricing and government rebates \n
- Build trust with Australian homeowners \n
- Follow up consistently \n
- Close the sale \n
- Maintain accurate CRM records \n
- Achieve monthly sales targets \n
This role is focused on converting qualified enquiries into confirmed installations.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Close high-value residential sales \n
- Sell Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning systems \n
- Sell Heat Pump Hot Water Systems \n
- Conduct phone and video consultations \n
- Build rapport with Australian homeowners \n
- Manage sales opportunities in Zoho Bigin CRM \n
- Follow structured sales processes \n
- Consistently exceed conversion targets \n
- Coordinate with operations after sale confirmation \n

- Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience \n
- Minimum 2 years selling to Australian customers \n
- Demonstrated experience in high-ticket sales (AUD $3,000+ preferred) \n
- Excellent English communication \n
- Strong objection handling skills \n
- Strong negotiation skills \n
- Ability to build trust quickly \n
- Experience working with CRM systems \n
- Comfortable working independently \n
- Stable internet connection and professional work environment \n
