Required Skills & Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in Pega development, with at least 4+ year in Pega CDH.
- Strong knowledge of Pega Decisioning Framework, NBA Designer, and Customer Profile Designer.
- Experience with Pega 8.x or higher versions.
- Familiarity with data flows, adaptive models, and predictive analytics.
- Experience in SQL queries
- Understanding of integration protocols (SOAP, REST, MQ, etc.).
- Pega certifications such as CPDC (Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant) or CSA/CSSA preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
