Essential Job Functions:
- Collaborate with Product Owners to understand business requirements and deliver sprint commitments.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Build responsive UI from Figma or Adobe XD designs.
- Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Support application deployment to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Flutter Developer (AI Experience Mandatory)
- 3–5 years of experience in software development with strong hands-on expertise in Flutter and Dart.
- Experience developing cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS.
- Proficiency in integrating REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs.
- Knowledge of Flutter state management (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX).
- Experience implementing UI from Figma or Adobe XD designs.
- Hands-on experience with app deployment and release management.
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
- Demonstrable AI experience is mandatory, including experience integrating AI/GenAI capabilities into mobile applications.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced development environment.
