We are looking for a skilled SAP Analytics Consultant with 6-8 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Analytics solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP HANA Modeling, and Reporting & Dashboarding solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights, planning solutions, and enterprise reporting capabilities.

- Design, develop, and support enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using SAP Analytics technologies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, stories, and planning models in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Build and optimize data models, calculations, and KPIs to support business decision-making.
- Develop and enhance data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes in SAP BW/BW4HANA.
- Create and maintain HANA Calculation Views, CDS Views, and analytical models.
- Collaborate with business users to understand reporting and planning requirements.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning of reports and models.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes using SAP Analytics solutions.
- Integrate SAP Analytics platforms with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise applications.
- Prepare technical specifications, solution designs, and user documentation.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in SAP Analytics, SAP BW, BW/4HANA, or SAP HANA.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Reporting and Planning.
- Experience in SAP BW/BW4HANA modeling, data extraction, and reporting.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA Modeling, Calculation Views, and performance optimization.
- Experience in creating interactive dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports.
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA embedded analytics and CDS Views.
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
- Experience working with large datasets and complex reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAC Planning, Predictive Analytics, and Data Actions.
- Exposure to SAP Datasphere, SAP Data Intelligence, or SAP BusinessObjects.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori Analytical Applications.
- Experience in end-to-end SAP Analytics implementations and support projects.
- SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP BW/4HANA Certification.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.
- Exposure to cloud analytics and data warehousing solutions.
- Knowledge of financial, sales, supply chain, or HR analytics.
- Experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
