Key Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
Creating and executing both manual tests (human-driven) and automated tests (script-driven) to find and document software bugs, ensure quality, and improve the efficiency of the testing process. Key responsibilities include understanding of features, requirements and writing test cases, developing automation scripts, collaborating with development teams, performing various testing types (like functional, regression, and integration), and using defect tracking tools to report issues. Develop and Execute Reliability Test Plans and Analyze System Behavior Under Load
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
- Proficiency in Selenium or Cucumber or Squish
- Proficiency in advanced Python, Shell scripting
- Hands-on Experience in Linux
- Experience in Automation framework, Automation Testing & Agile process
- Experience in reliability testing (Load testing, regression testing etc.)
- Knowledge in pipeline testing and writing testcases.
- Experience in medical device testing
- Experience in Verification and Validation of engineering applications preferably in healthcare domain.
- Experience in designing and developing test plans, test cases and generating test reports, defect reports and documentation
- Analytical thinking
- Coding proficiency (e.g., Python)
- Should be proactive
- Ability to work productively and efficiently in an agile environment.
- Ability to learn new technologies, software, and concepts quickly is essential.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Flexibility if required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating reliability risks.
