Key Responsibilities
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Agentic AI Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Power Platform, Power Apps, and Dev IT practices. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-driven solutions leveraging Agentic AI, Microsoft Power Platform, and modern software development methodologies to automate business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement Agentic AI solutions for enterprise applications and engineering workflows.

Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse.

Build AI agents and integrate them with enterprise systems, APIs, SharePoint, and cloud services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and digital transformation initiatives.

Apply Dev IT/DevOps practices including CI/CD, version control, testing, and deployment automation.

Develop reusable components, workflows, and dashboards using Power Platform technologies.

Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI-enabled applications.
Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Stay updated with emerging technologies in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Microsoft ecosystem tools.

Strong experience in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform.

Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Copilot Studio.

Working knowledge of Dev IT/DevOps tools and practices (Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines).

Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, REST APIs, and cloud integrations.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Azure AI Services, OpenAI, or Microsoft AI stack.

Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI orchestration frameworks.

Exposure to engineering, oil & gas, or industrial digital transformation projects is an added advantage.

Microsoft Power Platform or Azure certifications are preferred.
