The Associate Manager - Learning & Development is responsible for designing and delivering learning experiences that build employee capability, strengthen leadership, and enhance employee experience. The role partners with business teams to identify learning needs and delivers scalable learning solutions through facilitation, instructional design, onboarding, employee engagement, and digital learning.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span>

1) Learning Strategy & Experience Design<\/span>

  • Conduct learning needs analysis and design learning strategies aligned with organizational priorities.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Create engaging learning journeys, learning resources, and digital learning solutions for employees, managers, and leaders.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n <\/ul>

    2) Onboarding & Employee Experience<\/span>
    <\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Lead end\-to\-end onboarding programs that build role clarity, cultural alignment, and employee readiness.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Design employee engagement initiatives, learning campaigns, and experience touchpoints that strengthen belonging and learning culture.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n <\/ul>

      3) Facilitation & Capability Building<\/span>

      • Facilitate workshops, leadership programs, induction sessions, and capability\-building interventions.<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>\n

      • Build facilitation capability across teams through coaching, learning cohorts, and collaborative learning experiences.<\/span>

        4) Stakeholder & Learning Operations<\/span>

        • Partner with internal stakeholders, SMEs, and external vendors to design and deliver high\-quality learning initiatives.<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>\n

        • Manage learning operations, LMS, learning resources, project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>\n <\/ul>

          5) Learning Effectiveness & Continuous Improvement<\/span>

          • Track learning outcomes through analytics, feedback, and reporting to improve learning effectiveness.<\/span>
            <\/p><\/li>\n

          • Drive continuous improvement by strengthening learning processes, digital learning, and knowledge management.<\/span>

            • End\-to\-end learning journeys, onboarding programs, and capability\-building initiatives<\/span>

            • Learning resources, LMS courses, toolkits, and communication collateral<\/span>

            • Employee engagement and learning campaigns<\/span>
              <\/p><\/li>\n

            • Learning operations, stakeholder, SME, and vendor management<\/span>
              <\/p><\/li>\n

            • Learning analytics, dashboards, reporting, and continuous improvement<\/span>
              <\/p><\/li>\n <\/ul>

              Required Experiences & Skills:<\/span>
              <\/p>\n

                \n
              • 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HRD, or Instructional Design.<\/span>
                <\/p><\/li>\n

              • Exposure to the development\/social impact sector is mandatory.<\/span>
                <\/p><\/li>\n

              • Experience conducting learning needs analysis and designing, facilitating, and evaluating learning interventions.<\/span>
                <\/p><\/li>\n

              • Experience managing learning projects, onboarding programs, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and cross\-functional stakeholder partnerships.<\/span>
                <\/p><\/li>\n

              • Experience engaging with cross\-functional stakeholders and coordinating dependencies across teams.<\/span>
                <\/p><\/li>\n

              • Willingness and commitment to continuous learning and collaboration.<\/span>
                <\/p><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

                Salary:<\/span>
                <\/p>

                The pay band for the position starts at Rs. 66,000 \/\- per month (cost to company) (<\/span>The salary offered will be commensurate with the experience and expertise of the candidate)<\/span>
