Lead Software Engineer- Automation\Dashboards

Lead Software Engineer:

• Lead Role having 10 years of experience in Automation & Scripting and ability to mentor an automation team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices
• Own Automation strategy and roadmap aligned with project and business goals
• Design, review, and optimize automation frameworks (UI, API, integration, regression)
• Hands-on contribution to automation using Advance PowerShell, Python, React, Node JS scripting, API, SQL Query and HTML
• Ability to work independently and drive automation initiatives end-to-end
• Guide CI/CD automation using GitHub Actions, including test execution, reporting, and quality gates
• Coordinate automation activities within an Agile/Scrum team, including sprint planning and reviews
• Establish coding standards, automation best practices, and documentation
• Track automation metrics, coverage, and defect trends; provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Ability to build reusable scripts, modules, and automation workflows
• Drive continuous improvement, tool evaluation, and adoption of new automation technologies
• Support release readiness by ensuring automation stability and execution reliability

Skills Requirements (Lead-level):

PowerShell, Python, React, Node JS scripting, API, SQL Query and HTML

GitHub / GitHub Actions: basic CI/CD (build, tests, straightforward deployment)

Power-Bi Dashboard Design & Developments

Team collaboration in a Scrum environment

Experience on Full Stack Developments

Good to have: Infrastructure, Citrix, SCCM & End Point knowledge.
