We are looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize data-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Performance Marketing, with a proven track record of planning, executing, and scaling campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, content, product, and analytics to develop high-performing campaigns while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Develop acquisition strategies focused on increasing qualified leads, customer conversions, and revenue.
  • Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and campaign structures to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling advertising creatives and messaging.
  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently while ensuring optimal allocation across channels.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing practices.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and business teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Build audience segmentation strategies and implement remarketing campaigns to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Ensure campaigns follow platform policies and industry best practices.

Required Skills

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Expertise in campaign planning, execution, optimization, and budget management.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics and attribution models.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, analytics tools, and performance reporting.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience running and optimizing YouTube Ads campaigns.
  • Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram Ads Manager).
  • Knowledge of Digital Strategy development and customer acquisition planning.
  • Familiarity with audience targeting, remarketing, and funnel optimization techniques.
  • Exposure to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar marketing analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-10 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics, or other digital marketing platforms are an added advantage.
  • Experience managing campaigns with measurable business outcomes across B2B or B2C environments.
