We are seeking an experienced Manager - Supply Chain & Logistics to lead end-to-end supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment operations while ensuring a seamless customer delivery experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable logistics processes, optimizing operational efficiency, and managing relationships with logistics partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders. This role requires a strong focus on operational excellence, process improvement, and customer satisfaction, ensuring products are delivered on time and in perfect condition while supporting business growth.
As a key member of the operations team, you will collaborate closely with Category, Product, Customer Support, Finance, and Vendor teams to streamline fulfillment processes, improve delivery performance, and drive continuous improvements across the supply chain ecosystem.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain and fulfillment operations from order confirmation through final customer delivery.
- Coordinate effectively with vendors, warehouses, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of fulfillment activities.
- Drive operational excellence by improving efficiency across the entire logistics lifecycle.
- Build and manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, courier partners, and fulfillment vendors while monitoring their performance.
- Negotiate commercial terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and operational processes with logistics partners.
- Monitor delivery turnaround times (TAT) and implement initiatives to improve delivery speed and service quality.
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve operational consistency and scalability.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement automation and workflow optimization initiatives to enhance productivity.
- Oversee the post-purchase customer journey, ensuring timely deliveries and minimizing delays, cancellations, returns, and customer complaints.
- Collaborate with inventory, category, and vendor teams to align stock availability with demand forecasts and optimize inventory movement.
- Analyze operational performance using key metrics such as fulfillment rates, SLA adherence, shipment success, return rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve logistics performance, operational scalability, and overall customer experience.

- Experience in consumer electronics, retail, high-growth startups, logistics technology, or operational analytics will be an added advantage.
