Roles & responsibilities
Operational:
Lead the execution of comprehensive finance transformation programs, engaging with CFO offices to establish clear objectives, milestones, and performance metrics.
Collaborate effectively across project teams to streamline core finance processes such as Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay, leveraging methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Manage system configurations and customizations in leading ERP solutions such as Oracle, SAP, and Dynamics 365 to align with organizational needs and regulatory requirements.
Functional:
Conduct thorough client workshops and interviews to gather detailed business requirements, applying them to develop sophisticated functional specifications that improve ERP utilization.
Utilize tools like Oracle, SAP, and Dynamics 365 to maintain project timelines and ensure deliverables are met without compromising quality.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and User Manuals, ensuring clarity and accessibility for end-users.

Educational qualifications
Minimum Qualification Required: B. Tech/MBA from a recognized Tier-1 institute.
Professional Certifications Required: CPA / CA / ICWA / CMA / CIMA / ACCA or similar.
Work experience
Total Number of Years of Work Experience: 6+ years.
Relevant Number of Years of Work Experience Required: 6+ Years.
Special Call Outs on the Nature of Work Experience: Experience in client-facing roles with demonstrated skills in business process improvement and technology implementation. (Preferably from Big 4 or other consulting firms)

Utilize expertise in programming languages and database management systems (e.g., Python and SQL) to analyze complex datasets and generate insightful reports that enhance client finance operations.
Implement system configurations and develop finance-specific solutions that automate processes, improve data integrity, and support operational efficiency.
Design and create scripts and tools to automate routine tasks, focusing on optimizing finance operations-employ libraries such as Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation.
Develop, test, and deploy RESTful APIs using modern frameworks for seamless integration with financial systems and third-party applications, ensuring robust data exchange capabilities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, effectively driving standardization and cost-efficiency in finance processes.
Contribute to the development of business strategies by supporting leadership in creating tailored technical solutions that align with market demands and enhance client-service delivery
