Educational qualifications
CA / CFA / MBA (Specialization in Finance & Investment Management)
Work experience
The candidate must have 5+ years of working experience in investment banking / M&A services
Lead and execute multiple end-to-end M&A engagements, including sell-side pitches, transaction marketing materials, due diligence support, and deal execution workstreams
Independently develop and review complex financial models, including operating models, LBOs, merger models, locked-box analyses, and bid evaluation models using IRR and Money Multiple methodologies
Manage transaction processes and deal administration activities, including Virtual Data Rooms (VDRs), NDAs, diligence queries, bid processes, and coordination with clients, buyers, sellers, and third-party advisors
Drive effective project management by defining scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables, while ensuring high-quality and timely execution across multiple concurrent engagements
Review and oversee work performed by junior team members, ensuring technical accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards through robust workflow management
Build strong relationships with onshore teams, contribute to business development initiatives, and enhance KGS integration across existing and new Corporate Finance engagements
Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and understanding of Corporate Finance and M&A propositions, while actively contributing to client discussions, deal strategy, and transaction execution
