As a team member in the Account Management Support, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding client needs, identify opportunities for additional services, and ensure successful delivery.

1-2 years or business experience in a similar role for a large multinational. Having familiarity with Account Management proposition and solutions will be added advantage

Your responsibilities will include:

Serving as the primary point of contact to stakeholders for designated Accounts / Sectors / Priority area
Monitoring account performance to develop insights for stakeholders
Acting as trusted advisor to stakeholders and offering insights to enable them achieve their account / sector plans
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Research, CRM, Sales Insights to ensure alignment on account / sector objectives and need
Actively contributing to client service team meetings
Contributing to the development of account management best practices, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Work closely with the program lead/peer group to ensure consistency and quality of support provided to accounts / sectors
Providing support for invoicing and client onboarding processes, serving as a point of contact for engagement team inquiries related to contractual support
Fostering knowledge sharing through training programs, and peer to peer coaching
Able to run self-reviews on the deliverables and seek help of senior team members in preparing SOPs and quality checklists
