Responsibilities and JD in brief along with additional criteria to be considered (if any): Key Role & Responsibilities JD : Configuration Manager ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1. Good Knowledge on CSDM & how the other processes are getting connected. 2. CSDM Data Modelling - Work closely with SPM and Product / Application teams 3. A good understanding on Business Applications & Application Services. 4. Manage and control configuration items (CIs) including hardware, software, maintaining accurate records and facilitating systematic changes. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement enhancements to the configuration management process. 6. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on CSDM Framework and CMDB. 7. Good Knowledge on Discovery of AWS servers with Service Graph Connector 8. Good Knowledge on Discovery of AZURE servers with Service Graph Connector 9. Awareness on Google Cloud discovery 10. Awareness on Discovery for Kubernetes |
