The Mission-

What matters is whether you consistently create meaningful conversations with the right buyers and generate pipeline that actually converts. That's why this role is built around judgment, not volume.

You'll work with high-intent accounts, identify where real buying signals exist, and create opportunities that help Account Executives win. Along the way, you'll develop the commercial instincts to understand which accounts deserve your attention, what buyers actually care about, and how to turn curiosity into qualified pipeline.

Where You'll Leave Your Mark?

  • Create pipeline that matters - Generate qualified opportunities that move beyond the first conversation and become real revenue-not vanity meetings or inflated activity metrics.
  • Develop commercial judgment - Learn to identify which buyers deserve your time, when to pursue an opportunity, when to step away, and how to prioritise your effort where it creates the greatest impact.
  • Become the voice closest to the buyer - Every conversation helps Marketing, Sales, and Product better understand what's resonating in the market. Your insights will improve messaging, campaigns, and qualification-not just your own results.

  • You've spent the last 1-2 years in a BDR, SDR, or similar B2B SaaS role and care more about the quality of your pipeline than the volume of your activity.
  • You naturally think in outcomes. You're proud of the pipeline you've created, the conversion rates you've achieved, and the lessons you've learned-not just the number of calls you've made.
  • You're curious about buyers. You enjoy understanding what keeps a CTO, Head of Compliance, or Engineering leader up at night because you know better conversations start with better questions.
  • You'd rather send five thoughtful messages than fifty generic ones because you understand that relevance beats repetition.
  • You're comfortable making judgment calls. You know every account isn't worth pursuing, and you're confident prioritising your time where it creates the greatest commercial impact.
  • You're honest with yourself and your team. When something isn't working, you're quick to diagnose the problem, adapt your approach, and keep moving forward.
  • You enjoy learning how great sales really works. Becoming an Account Executive isn't just your next title-it's the craft you're actively preparing yourself for every day.
