Associate Principal - SAP
We are thrilled to invite an experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Principal /Principal - SAP. This role is integral to our S/4HANA Functional Delivery department, with a focus on Logistics & Warehouse Management. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a critical workstream in a large-scale, multi-region S/4 transformation, covering Finished Goods DCs, Manufacturing Warehouses, and POS DCs across NORAM, EMEA, LATAM, Brazil, and APAC.

INFORMATION SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and Information System.
- Take part in information security training and act while handling information.
- Report all suspected security and policy breach to InfoSec team or appropriate authority (CISO).
- Understand and adhere to the additional information security responsibilities as part of the assigned job role.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouses, distribution centers, and global logistics control towers.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP EWM and TM, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse structure design, process configuration, and logistics operations.
- Ability to design and build multi-modal transportation lanes and 3PL integration patterns.
- Strong business acumen to explain design choices and their impact on operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to team management.
- Experience in large-scale, multi-region S/4 transformations is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and its logistics modules is a must.
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is advantageous.
- Design and configure warehouse structures, process types, and inbound/outbound processes for EWM.
- Implement cross-docking, putaway, and picking strategies, and manage shelf-life and wave management.
- Configure labor management, physical inventory procedures, and internal warehouse processes.
- Manage yard operations, exception handling, and integration with TM for delivery handoff.
- Lead the Logistics and Warehouse Management workstream, providing L3 design expertise and post-go-live optimization.
- Ensure hands-on proficiency in SAP EWM and TM, with a deep understanding of the technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver successful transformations.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
