Job Summary

Seeking a ServiceNow SAM Professional with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow SAM Pro solutions. The role focuses on software license compliance, software asset lifecycle management, optimization, reconciliation, and integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

· Implement and configure ServiceNow SAM Pro modules.

· Manage software asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement.

· Configure software models, entitlements, contracts, and license positions.

· Perform software normalization, reconciliation, reclamation, and compliance activities.

· Conduct software license audits and ensure compliance with vendor agreements.

· Identify software optimization and cost-saving opportunities.

· Develop dashboards, reports, and compliance metrics.

· Integrate ServiceNow SAM with Discovery, SCCM/MECM, Intune, CMDB, ITSM, and other enterprise tools.

· Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Vendor Management, and IT Operations teams.

Technical Skills

· ServiceNow SAM Pro,ITAM / SAM,CMDB & CSDM,ServiceNow Discovery,JavaScript / GlideScript,Flow Designer,IntegrationHub,REST / SOAP APIs, SCCM / MECM, Intune, Jamf
