Essential Job Functions:
- Analyze system data to generate actionable insights into critical business areas, identifying trends and patterns to support management decision-making.
- Create and present dashboards, reports, and presentations tailored for leadership and business stakeholders.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Identify project blockers, proactively escalate risks or delays, and drive projects to successful completion.
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet organizational standards and business objectives.
- Conduct project planning, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and progress monitoring.
- Drive the adoption of IT Asset Management (ITAM) policies and governance across teams.
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement workflow improvements to increase productivity.
- Collaborate with global business, technology, and operations teams to achieve shared organizational goals.
- Lead organizational change initiatives and promote innovation through technology-enabled solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to new business processes and IT solutions.
- Manage governance forums to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders while effectively managing competing priorities.
- Act as a thought leader in Technology Management and contribute to long-term strategic initiatives.
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in the required role, function, or technology domain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Excellent project management and end-to-end program ownership skills.
- Strong risk management, issue resolution, and escalation management capabilities.
- Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and governance frameworks.
- Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) policies and governance.
- Expertise in business process analysis and process improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior leadership.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams.
- Experience driving organizational change and technology transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of compliance, governance, and organizational standards.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align technology initiatives to long-term business objectives.
