Key Responsibilities

ITSM Application Development

• Develop and customize ITSM applications, modules, and workflows.
• Configure forms, business rules, notifications, service catalogs, and approval processes.
• Implement enhancements based on business and operational requirements.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability.

Workflow Automation

• Develop automated workflows for Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management processes.
• Design and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Create reusable scripts and components to streamline service delivery.

Integration & Development

• Build integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Support data migration and synchronization activities.
• Develop custom APIs, connectors, and automation scripts.

Production Support

• Troubleshoot and resolve application and platform issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Support platform upgrades and release deployments.
• Monitor system health and performance.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Business Analysts, Technical Leads, Administrators, and Stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.
